ITIL v3 Foundation certification testing is now available at Prometric and Pearson VUE test centers as EXO-101 and BHO-006.

The new ITIL v3 Foundation certification is based on the candidate’s ability to obtain a fundamental understanding of the content included in the ITIL v3 five core volumes.
